      <description>&lt;p&gt;You know there&amp;#8217;s a base64 encoder in clojure.contrib, right?  &lt;a href="http://github.com/richhickey/clojure-contrib/blob/master/src/main/clojure/clojure/contrib/base64.clj"&gt;clojure/clojure/contrib/base64.clj&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately it doesn&amp;#8217;t do any decoding.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
